Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Exum Services Inc., you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Services Description
Exum Services Inc. provides professional banking equipment services including but not limited to:
- Safe deposit box installation and maintenance
- ATM rigging and installation services
- Vault door installation and repair
- Undercounter lock systems
- Night deposit solutions
- Emergency repair services
Service Terms
All services are provided subject to the following terms:
- Services are performed by licensed and insured technicians
- All work is guaranteed according to industry standards
- Emergency services are available 24/7 with additional charges
- Client must provide safe access to work areas
- Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed
Liability and Insurance
Exum Services Inc. maintains comprehensive general liability and professional liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the direct costs of services provided, and we are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages.
Payment Terms
Payment terms and conditions:
- Invoices are due within 30 days of service completion
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- Emergency services require immediate payment
- Disputed charges must be reported within 10 days
- We accept check, ACH, and credit card payments
Warranty
We provide a comprehensive warranty on all services and installations:
- 90-day warranty on all service work
- 1-year warranty on new installations
- Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear
Cancellation Policy
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a service charge. Emergency services cannot be cancelled once technicians are dispatched.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, security systems, and access procedures. All employees sign confidentiality agreements and undergo background checks as required by financial institutions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Georgia.
